Brand & Communications Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage marketing budget allocation, marketing strategies and implementation.
  • Design strategies, plan & manage communication (both internal and external) and collaterals across all channels to develop and enhance brand identity and brand health.

Brand & Communication Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Design strategies, plan & manage communication (both internal and external) and collaterals across all channels to develop and enhance brand identity and brand health.
  • Drive brand development and creative execution through focused marketing strategies for new product launches, brand campaign, and marketing activities.
  • Execute all marketing plan under the supervisory of Marketing Communications Manager.
  • Coordinate with related department or persons in charge to support execution of marketing plan and promotion campaigns.
  • Contribute internal and external communications, development of presentations, agency briefs and proposal documents, providing both content and material development support as required.

Parts Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Overall

  • Maintain SBOM , GBOM and coordinate with Manufacturing.
  • To prepare EPC (Electronic Part Catalog) for new model launching to dealers and training course to new dealers
  • Part claim identify and Parts development, the production process coordination
  • Packaging concept design for spare part (included Inbound and Outbound)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and updated Parts Master Data (SBOM) for all current models, including purchasing price, vendor information, selling price, product information on timely basis
  • New Model : Release and updated Parts Master Data (SBOM) based on Project timeline and follow up purchasing price , selling price and packaging concept readiness. To be a window person to follow and provide periodical maintenance part list and special tools list.
  • Monthly monitor and action for accuracy on part catalog. Raise the problem on Parts catalogue to concerned parties until the problem fixed. And provide Part catalog training to Dealers
  • Summary weekly / monthly report to concerned party on parts quality problem including action plan from QA and ensure the action done until the problem solved. Weekly and Monthly report.
  • Inspec on suspect Inbound shipment to be claim within timeline, including inspect and reply claims  from dealers within timeline
  • Improve packaging to reduce claims or damaged parts with suppliers, even for improve area utilization at warehouse

Parts Planning & Ordering

JOB DESCRIPTION

Overall

  • Parts order planning with budget and control
  • Parts software and applications, suggest order quantity SOQ + Analysis
  • CKD Parts Buyer and Part Supply
  • Claim part process to vendor and Logistics coordination/administration

Responsibilities

  • Release Purchasing order , forecast  and follow up delivery plan from overseas suppliers.
  • Cooperate with all concerned parties to process custom clearance , to confirm HS code, privilege form and duty tax and to submit the required license to guarantee all shipment are smoothly delivered to warehouse on time as planned
  • Summary daily backorders items and feedback available date, plus provide solution to solve backorder
  • To cooperate all concerned parties to process and apply licenses for all imported parts
  • Handling all claims with suppliers. To summit claims within timeline and follow up to close the claims
  • Supplier management : Evaluate supplier performance including delivery on time, quality of part which deliver to PDC and claims handling.
  • Manage & Control Inventory cost.
